ABOUT OUR CLASSES
Well, first, the lighting is more club- than gym-worthy (translation: dark and LED lit). Second, there’s a DJ-like playlist in every class to energize a SweatParty vibe. This creates a completely judgment-free environment, where you lose yourself in the music and darkness, so you can focus on your workout rather than on how you look, and what the person next to you is thinking!

BEAT BASED CYCLING
Looking for a musically-driven, fully choreographed ride that will make you forget you’re working out? Spoke’s beat-based riding is a full-body workout comprised of cardio, hand weights, and core work set to the tempo of the music that’s transformative and addicting. At Spoke, we love a good theme. The playlist is set to a dual of artists, genre, or even a decade. Saddle up to Taylor vs Beiber, 2010 Hits, or Rock vs Pop.

We are taking your favorite beat based class to the next level by adding even more oomph. You will find this ride will challenge you with slower tempos that need a little more weight and climbs that take you to new heights. Clip in and let’s hustle our way to that finish line, one peddle stroke at a time!

This cycle classes consist of HITS and hills, alternating between fast and slow, with two upper-body weight songs.

This is a 60 minute class that pushes the limit - faster tempos and advance choreo - we dig into emotions, abilities, and give an experience to remember!

This is an intro class to beat-based cycling. You learn everything from proper bike set up to riding form to finding the tempo. We recommend new members just entering the beat-based cycling world to even seasoned members wanting to improve their riding ability.

Looking for a strength class that is as effective as it is fun? Spoke’s bootcamp class is a high intensity interval workout that focuses on high reps and low weights to maximize toning and increase strength. Exercises alternate between weights and cardio and each day focuses on different muscle groups to achieve the hustler results and minimize risk of injuries. Program offered at all studios.

Sculpt and Mat Pilates at Spoke combine strength, and mindful movement for a workout that’s as fun as it is effective. Sculpt is set to music and enhanced with infrared heat, each class boosts circulation, builds strength, and helps you sweat it out while keeping the vibe upbeat and energizing. In all classes, you’ll leave feeling strong, refreshed, and ready for more!

This class is a dynamic, full-body workout that combines strength training, core conditioning, and flexibility work—all on the mat and to the beat of the music. Using bodyweight exercises and light resistance, you'll sculpt and tone your muscles while improving posture, balance, and endurance. Expect a fusion of Pilates-inspired moves, targeted strength exercises, and flowing sequences designed to lengthen and define.

Mat Pilates is a modern, low-impact exercise method focused on building core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Contemporary mat Pilates integrates functional movement principles, breathwork, and mindful control to enhance posture, balance, and overall body alignment.

In this 45 minute yoga class we will go through slow movements of deep tissue stretching and mobility. This class is open to all levels! The goal being to bring you into a quieter state of body and mind and stretch it out.

This 45 minute class takes yoga to the next level by adding free weights. Combining breath, movement, strength training, and cardio we will boost metabolism, improve endurance, and break a SWEAT!
