    Row delivers the ultimate sweat sesh with interval training on and off an indoor row machine to deliver high-intensity workouts, low-impact burn, and total body results.

    Looking for a musically-driven, fully choreographed ride that will make you forget you’re working out? Spoke’s beat-based riding is a full-body workout comprised of cardio, hand weights, and core work set to the tempo of the music that’s transformative and addicting.

  • BOOTCAMP

    Looking for a strength class that is as effective as it is fun? Spoke’s bootcamp class is a high intensity interval workout that focuses on high reps and low weights to maximize toning and increase strength.

  • YOGA

    Wanna combine the OM with the #SweatParty? Spoke’s yoga is a blend of Vinyasa-and Yin style poses. The power series focuses on increasing heart rate and burning calories through a full-body workout. The stretch series focuses on stretching the connective tissue in order to lengthen them and help release built-up tension!
